Refund Policy

BagABonus is a marketplace that helps customers compare bonus offers provided by independent creators.

BagABonus does not sell the required third-party products directly. Required products are purchased outside BagABonus through creator affiliate links or third-party websites.

  1. Required Third-Party Products

BagABonus does not control or guarantee third-party products, services, software, subscriptions, trials, billing, cancellations, account access, platform availability, software functionality, pricing, or changes made by third-party providers.

If you want a refund for the required third-party product itself, you must contact the product provider directly.

  1. Creator Bonuses

Creators are independent providers. They are responsible for delivering the bonuses, support, services, files, access, or other benefits described in their listings.

Customers must follow the listing instructions and use the creator’s required affiliate link where applicable. Creators and BagABonus may deny bonus delivery or refund requests if the customer did not follow the required qualification steps.

If a creator does not deliver what was promised, you should contact the creator first. If the issue is not resolved, you may contact BagABonus for review.

BagABonus does not guarantee customer results, income, business outcomes, software performance, implementation success, or creator expertise.

  1. Early Bonus Access

Early Bonus Access may be offered when a creator normally provides the bonus after a trial period or qualification period.

If you pay for Early Bonus Access, you may receive access to the bonus before the standard qualification period ends.

Early Bonus Access may be refundable if:

  • you continue with the required third-party product after the trial or qualification period,
  • you provide any proof reasonably requested by BagABonus or the creator,
  • your request is submitted within the required timeframe,
  • and you followed the listing instructions and qualification steps properly.

Early Bonus Access may not be refundable if:

  • you do not continue with the required third-party product,
  • you do not provide requested proof,
  • you do not follow the creator’s instructions,
  • you did not use the required affiliate link where applicable,
  • or the refund conditions were not met.

If the creator fails to deliver the Early Bonus Access, BagABonus may issue a refund after review.

  1. Premium Add-Ons

Premium Add-Ons are optional paid upgrades offered by creators. These may include extra support, setup help, digital files, templates, access, implementation, coaching, communities, strategy sessions, or other services.

Digital products, files, templates, communities, downloads, access credentials, calls, strategy sessions, and other delivered benefits may be considered fulfilled once access or delivery has been provided.

Premium Add-Ons are generally not refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, used, or fulfilled.

However, BagABonus may review refund requests if:

  • the creator fails to deliver,
  • the add-on was clearly misrepresented,
  • the customer was charged incorrectly,
  • or there is another fair customer-protection reason.

Service-based Premium Add-Ons may be reviewed case by case.

  1. Proof and Review

BagABonus may request proof from the customer and/or confirmation from the creator before approving a refund or payout.

Proof may include screenshots, receipts, confirmation emails, account status, product dashboard screenshots, creator confirmation, or other reasonable evidence.

Refund decisions are reviewed case by case and remain at BagABonus’s reasonable discretion.

  1. Payouts to Creators

BagABonus may hold creator payouts during a refund, dispute, verification, or review period.

Creator payouts may be delayed, reduced, reversed, or withheld if there is evidence of non-delivery, fraud, abuse, misleading listings, customer disputes, or violation of BagABonus rules.

  1. Payment Processor Fees

Refunds may be affected by payment processor rules and fees. Some processing fees may not be returned by the payment processor. Stripe states that original processing fees may not be returned when a refund is issued.

  1. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact BagABonus before opening a bank dispute or chargeback.

Chargebacks may delay resolution and may require us to submit evidence to the payment processor.

BagABonus reserves the right to deny refunds, suspend accounts, withhold payouts, or limit platform access in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation, false claims, excessive refund activity, or misuse of the platform.

  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact:

support@bagabonus.com

Please include:

  • your name,
  • the email used for the purchase,
  • the listing name,
  • the creator name,
  • the reason for the request,
  • and any relevant proof.

We aim to review refund requests within 1–3 business days.
