- Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using BagABonus (“BagABonus,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use BagABonus.
- What BagABonus Is
BagABonus is an online marketplace that helps customers discover, compare, and request bonus offers provided by independent creators.
Creators may list bonuses connected to third-party products, services, software, memberships, courses, or other offers.
BagABonus helps customers compare what creators include, such as support, templates, setup help, training, early access, or optional paid upgrades.
- What BagABonus Does Not Sell
BagABonus does not sell the required third-party products directly.
Required products are purchased outside BagABonus through third-party websites, creator affiliate links, or other external checkout pages.
BagABonus does not control or guarantee third-party products, pricing, billing, trials, cancellations, subscriptions, refunds, access, availability, software functionality, platform performance, or policies.
Any issue with the required third-party product must be handled with the third-party product provider.
- Independent Creators
Creators on BagABonus are independent providers.
Creators are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of BagABonus.
Creators are responsible for:
- the accuracy of their listings,
- the bonuses they offer,
- any Premium Add-Ons they sell,
- any support, access, files, services, or benefits they promise,
- communicating with customers when needed,
- handling reasonable customer issues and refund requests first where appropriate.
BagABonus may moderate, review, remove, suspend, or restrict creator listings or accounts if we believe they are misleading, unsafe, low quality, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to users or the Platform.
- Creator Responsibilities
Creators must:
- provide accurate listing information,
- clearly describe what the customer receives,
- deliver bonuses and Premium Add-Ons as promised,
- avoid misleading claims about results, income, software, access, support, or availability,
- respond to reasonable customer or BagABonus requests,
- provide proof of delivery if requested,
- follow applicable affiliate program rules and third-party platform rules,
- only use customer information for legitimate order delivery, bonus fulfillment, support, or dispute handling,
- not misuse customer information received through BagABonus,
- not attempt to avoid valid refund, dispute, or review processes.
BagABonus may delay, reduce, reverse, or withhold payouts if a creator fails to deliver, misrepresents an offer, receives disputes, violates platform rules, or creates customer-protection concerns.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reading listing details carefully before taking action.
Customers are responsible for:
- following the creator’s instructions,
- using the correct affiliate link when required,
- keeping proof of purchase when needed,
- submitting requested information within any stated timeframe,
- contacting the creator first when there is a delivery or refund issue, where appropriate.
BagABonus may request proof from customers before approving refunds, access requests, payout decisions, or dispute resolutions.
Proof may include receipts, confirmation emails, screenshots, account status, creator confirmation, product dashboard screenshots, or other reasonable evidence.
- Affiliate Links and Third-Party Websites
Listings may include affiliate links.
Creators may earn commissions when customers purchase through their affiliate links.
BagABonus may also earn fees, commissions, or other compensation through marketplace activity, platform fees, payment processing, partnerships, or affiliate relationships.
Third-party websites have their own terms, privacy policies, refund policies, pricing, and rules. BagABonus is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
- Early Bonus Access
Some creators may offer Early Bonus Access.
Early Bonus Access allows a customer to access a bonus before the standard trial, qualification, or waiting period ends.
Early Bonus Access does not replace the requirement to purchase or continue with the required third-party product if the listing requires it.
Early Bonus Access fees may be refundable if the customer meets the stated conditions, such as:
- continuing with the required third-party product,
- providing requested proof,
- submitting the request within the required timeframe,
- following the listing instructions properly,
- using the required affiliate link where applicable.
If the customer does not meet the required conditions, does not provide requested proof, does not use the required affiliate link where applicable, or does not continue with the required third-party product, the Early Bonus Access fee may be released to the creator.
If the creator fails to deliver the Early Bonus Access, BagABonus may review the issue and may issue a refund.
- Premium Add-Ons
Creators may offer optional Premium Add-Ons.
Premium Add-Ons may include extra support, setup help, implementation, templates, files, coaching, training, community access, strategy sessions, physical items, shipped goods, or other additional benefits.
Premium Add-Ons are optional and are separate from the required third-party product.
Creators are responsible for delivering Premium Add-Ons as described in their listings.
Digital products, files, templates, communities, downloads, access credentials, calls, strategy sessions, and other delivered benefits may be considered fulfilled once access or delivery has been provided.
Premium Add-Ons are generally not refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, used, shipped, or fulfilled as described in the listing.
However, BagABonus may review refund requests if:
- the creator fails to deliver,
- the offer was clearly misrepresented,
- the customer was charged incorrectly,
- or there is another fair customer-protection reason.
- Payments, Payouts, and Manual Reviews
BagABonus may collect payments for Early Bonus Access, Premium Add-Ons, or other platform-related services.
Creator payouts may be handled manually or through available marketplace payout tools.
Creator earnings are conditional until the order, refund, dispute, verification, and payout process is complete.
BagABonus may delay, hold, reduce, reverse, or deny creator payouts if there is:
- a refund request,
- a dispute,
- a fraud concern,
- a non-delivery issue,
- a misleading listing,
- a policy violation,
- a chargeback,
- or another customer-protection concern.
Creators may be required to provide information, proof of delivery, account details, payout details, tax information, identity verification, or other information before receiving payouts.
- Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Customers should contact the creator first when the issue relates to delivery, support, access, or fulfillment.
If the issue is not resolved, BagABonus may review the issue and make a final platform decision.
Refund approval may depend on:
- delivery status,
- proof submitted,
- creator confirmation,
- third-party product status,
- platform records,
- listing terms,
- order history,
- and the specific facts of the case.
BagABonus does not control refunds for required third-party products purchased outside BagABonus.
- Disputes and Chargebacks
If a customer has an issue, they should contact the creator first when appropriate, then contact BagABonus if the issue is not resolved.
Customers should contact BagABonus before opening a bank dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs, BagABonus may provide relevant evidence to the payment processor and may suspend related accounts, orders, payouts, or access during review.
BagABonus may deny refunds, suspend accounts, withhold payouts, or limit platform access in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation, false claims, excessive refund activity, or misuse of the Platform.
- User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
BagABonus may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe there has been fraud, abuse, non-delivery, misleading activity, policy violation, or harmful conduct.
- User Content
Users may submit listings, descriptions, messages, reviews, comments, files, links, images, or other content.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- you have the right to share it,
- it is accurate,
- it is lawful,
- it is not misleading,
- it does not violate another person’s rights.
BagABonus may display, edit, moderate, remove, restrict, or reject user content at any time.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
- Customer Information and Communication
Creators may receive customer information needed to deliver bonuses, support, Premium Add-Ons, or related services.
Creators must only use customer information for legitimate order delivery, bonus fulfillment, support, dispute handling, or related BagABonus marketplace activity.
BagABonus-managed refunds, disputes, reviews, and payout protection only apply to activity that can be reasonably verified through BagABonus records, orders, messages, listings, or submitted proof.
- Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- post false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful content,
- misrepresent bonuses, products, results, pricing, access, delivery, or support,
- impersonate another person or brand,
- abuse refund, dispute, review, messaging, or payout systems,
- use BagABonus for spam, scams, phishing, malware, or harmful activity,
- interfere with Platform functionality or security,
- attempt to bypass payment, payout, verification, or moderation systems,
- sell, transfer, or misuse your account,
- violate third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
- No Guarantee of Results
BagABonus does not guarantee that:
- customers will receive specific results from a product, bonus, or Premium Add-On,
- creators will earn money,
- affiliate commissions will be earned,
- third-party products will meet expectations,
- bonus offers will remain available,
- listings will receive traffic, leads, sales, or conversions.
Any examples, descriptions, or testimonials are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
BagABonus is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BagABonus will not be liable for losses related to:
- creator actions or non-delivery,
- customer misuse or failure to follow instructions,
- third-party products, services, websites, billing, or refunds,
- affiliate links or commission tracking,
- payment processor issues,
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Changes to the Platform
We may update, change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of BagABonus at any time.
We may also change how listings, payments, payouts, refunds, requests, reviews, messaging, or creator tools work as the Platform develops.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use of BagABonus after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BagABonus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
