We do not deliver bonuses
We do not verify purchases
We do not guarantee availability, quality, or fulfillment
We are not a party to transactions between users and creators

Any agreement is strictly between the user and the creator.

3. No Agency or Partnership

Creators listed on BagABonus act independently.

Nothing on the Platform creates:

an agency relationship
a partnership
a joint venture
an employment relationship

between BagABonus and any creator or user.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

You are responsible for verifying any purchase required to claim a bonus
You interact with creators at your own risk
You will not rely on BagABonus to resolve disputes between users and creators

5. Affiliate & Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate links.

We:

do not control third-party sites
are not responsible for their content, pricing, or policies
are not responsible for any losses caused by third-party services

Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. User-Generated Content & Reviews

Users may submit content such as reviews, comments, or messages.

By submitting content, you agree that:

you own or have rights to the content
your content is accurate and lawful
BagABonus may display, moderate, or remove content at any time

We do not guarantee the accuracy of reviews or user submissions.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

misuse the Platform
post misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content
impersonate others
attempt to interfere with Platform functionality
sell or transfer your account

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties, express or implied, including:
