Refund Policy

BagABonus is a marketplace that helps customers compare bonus offers provided by independent creators.

BagABonus does not sell the required third-party products directly. Required products are purchased outside BagABonus through creator affiliate links or third-party websites.

1. Required Third-Party Products

BagABonus does not control or guarantee third-party products, services, software, subscriptions, trials, billing, cancellations, account access, platform availability, software functionality, pricing, or changes made by third-party providers.

If you want a refund for the required third-party product itself, you must contact the product provider directly.

2. Creator Bonuses

Creators are independent providers. They are responsible for delivering the bonuses, support, services, files, access, or other benefits described in their listings.

Customers must follow the listing’s qualifying steps, including the correct creator affiliate link where required. If the qualifying conditions are not met, the included bonus may not be available. BagABonus currently collects no payment for these included bonuses, so no BagABonus purchase price is available to refund.

If a creator does not deliver what was promised, you should contact the creator first. If the issue is not resolved, you may contact BagABonus for review.

BagABonus does not guarantee customer results, income, business outcomes, software performance, implementation success, or creator expertise.

3. Early Bonus Access

Early Bonus Access is temporarily unavailable for purchase and creator setup on BagABonus. The information below describes a possible future paid feature, not an active payment or refund service.

When introduced, Early Bonus Access could allow a customer to obtain an included bonus early under a separate conditional payment arrangement.

If introduced, an Early Bonus Access payment would be refundable when the applicable disclosed qualification and refund conditions are satisfied, potentially including:

• you continue with the required third-party product after the trial or qualification period,
• you provide any proof reasonably requested by BagABonus or the creator,
• your request is submitted within the required timeframe,
• and you followed the listing instructions and qualification steps properly.

Under a future Early Bonus Access agreement, a creator could become entitled to the separate early-access payment after delivering the bonus when a customer does not satisfy the stated purchase conditions, potentially including when:

• you do not continue with the required third-party product,
• you do not provide requested proof,
• you do not follow the creator’s instructions,
• you did not use the required affiliate link where applicable,
• or the refund conditions were not met.

If the creator fails to deliver a future paid Early Bonus Access commitment, the applicable refund and customer-protection terms will govern, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

If the two paid features become available together, any separate refund treatment will be stated before purchase.

4. Premium Add-Ons

Premium Add-Ons are temporarily unavailable for purchase and creator setup. If introduced, they could offer optional extra creator services or deliverables beyond an included bonus.

For any future paid feature, the exact scope of delivery and any applicable cancellation or refund rights would be explained before payment.

Access or delivery does not automatically remove rights that applicable consumer law provides.

If future paid Premium Add-Ons are offered, their terms will explain remedies for non-delivery, misrepresentation and incorrect charges, subject to applicable consumer law.

Any future payment system will explain the treatment of separate items and any partial refunds before purchase.

If paid features return, BagABonus may review complaints involving:

• the creator fails to deliver,
• the add-on was clearly misrepresented,
• the customer was charged incorrectly,
• or there is another fair customer-protection reason.

Any future service-specific refund process will be explained in the terms presented before payment.

5. Proof and Review

For present-day free bonus disputes, BagABonus may request reasonable proof of qualification or delivery. Paid-order verification or creator-payout review would apply only if those features are subsequently introduced.

Proof may include screenshots, receipts, confirmation emails, account status, product dashboard screenshots, creator confirmation, or other reasonable evidence.

For current free bonus offers, BagABonus may review disputed eligibility or delivery and moderate listings or accounts. It cannot refund third-party product purchases. Future paid transactions will have separate published refund and payout arrangements.

6. Payouts to Creators

BagABonus currently does not process Premium Add-On or Early Bonus Access payments or creator payouts. Future payout conditions will be disclosed before paid features are reintroduced.

BagABonus may moderate or restrict creator accounts and listings for non-delivery, misleading claims, fraud, abuse, disputes or policy violations.

7. Payment Processor Fees

There are currently no Premium Add-On or Early Bonus Access payments or processing fees to refund through BagABonus. Future payment fees and refund treatment will be disclosed when relevant.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about an included bonus, contact the creator and then BagABonus if necessary. For charges by a third-party product provider, contact that provider or your payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights or payment dispute rights.

BagABonus currently does not process Premium Add-On or Early Bonus Access card payments.

BagABonus may investigate suspected fraud, abuse or misleading conduct and restrict platform accounts or content as appropriate, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. How to Request a Refund

To report a missing included bonus, a creator dispute, or another concern about BagABonus, contact:

Please include:

• your name,
• your account email address (if applicable),
• the listing name,
• the creator name,
• the reason for your report,
• and any relevant proof.

We will review reports as resources and the circumstances allow. No guaranteed response or resolution period is currently offered.
