- Customer Information Shared With Creators
When a customer requests support, claims a bonus, submits a Request or contacts a creator, information reasonably needed for those activities may be shared with the relevant creator. Premium Add-On and Early Bonus Access purchases are currently unavailable.
This may include:
- customer name,
- customer email address,
- bonus eligibility or qualification details,
- listing and Request details,
- messages,
- proof submitted for qualification, bonus delivery or dispute handling,
- other information reasonably needed to deliver the bonus, provide support or resolve a dispute.
Creators must only use customer information for legitimate BagABonus-related purposes, such as bonus delivery, support, dispute handling or related marketplace communication.
Creators must not misuse customer information, sell it, spam customers, or use it for unrelated purposes.
- Payments and Payouts
Premium Add-On and Early Bonus Access checkout is currently unavailable. If future paid marketplace transactions are introduced, separate payment providers may process the information needed for those transactions under their own privacy notices.
BagABonus does not store full card numbers.
If paid services are introduced or historical transaction records must be retained, relevant order, payment, refund or payout records may be processed for the relevant disclosed purposes and legal obligations.
If paid creator payouts become available, additional identity, tax, account and payout information may be required under the arrangements then in effect.

Listings may include affiliate links or links to third-party websites.
If you click an affiliate link or visit a third-party website, that website may collect information according to its own privacy policy.
BagABonus is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, products, platforms, or affiliate programs.

Our current providers include Hostinger for website hosting and backups in the United States, Brevo for outgoing email delivery, DeepSeek for generating AI Assistant responses, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, and CookieYes for cookie-consent management. Each provider processes information according to the relevant services and settings.

AI Assistant conversations are currently stored in the website database, where authorized administrators can view, copy, download or delete transcripts. Automated deletion is configured for conversations older than 30 days. Requests to the AI provider can include the visitor’s message, up to 16 recent conversation messages and relevant context. DeepSeek processes this information to generate a response. Copies in website backups or previously downloaded transcripts, and data processed by DeepSeek, may have different retention periods. Visitors should not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in AI chats.
We may keep certain records longer when needed for:
